John, applying the five senses is much more needed now than ever. It is a simple approach yet difficult to so many.

Hi John

I could not agree with you more.

If I may, could I reinforce your comment as follows:

Statistics show that percentage wise of all the disabled those that say I CAN, do,is a large percentage - They cope and that are prepared to look within, and deeply also, and find ways to accomplish great feats.

However percentage wise of all the non dis-advantaged people say I Can and Do is a very small percentage, so if we convert this to actual numbers of people then the disabled score hands down as they are prepared to do all the things John mentions like have vision, and listen etc. However the non-disadvantage in general, do the opposite and do nothing and complain at the same time, and so really accomplish only the mundane and so we able bodied people can take a huge lesson from these facts.

I recall a very wise man, whose name eludes me at the moment, who said "Look to the ants thou sluggards, and see they ways and be wise."

Ants accomplish things, that if we take the time to look, really amaze us in their smallness.

My best regards
