Meeting Facilitator

We all conduct and attend meetings.  That is part of life whether in a business or social arena.

Have you been the unfortunate victim of ‘Death-By-Meeting’? You know the kind of meeting I’m talking about, the meeting that drags on forever taking up most of your work day with no real results achieved.

The whole point of meetings is for people to come together, debate and discuss issues, and make decisions. The key here is to make decisions.

Often, the problem is not the meeting itself but rather the way it is conducted.  People get off track, some individuals just like to hear the sound of their own voice, the agenda is not set nor followed, decisions are not made, issues are not resolved and time, money and productivity are wasted.

As your Facilitator I will manage the process of information exchange. While an expert’s role is to offer advice, particularly about the content of a discussion, my role is to help with HOW the discussion is proceeding.  My responsibility is to guide the journey, allowing you to reach the destination.

As your Facilitator I will:
