Coach

The definition of a coach is one who instructs or trains.  No team ever made it to the Super Bowl or World Series without a coach, and no one ever won Wimbledon or the Olympics without one.

Why then would you try to go it alone?  A Coach provides an outside, unbiased, impartial evaluation of your performance.  Bobby Knight said “most people have the will to win, few have the will to prepare to win.”  He also points out that, “everyone wants to be on a winning team, but no one wants to come to practice.”

Russell H. Ewing  said, “Be A Leader, Not A Boss,  A boss creates fear, a leader confidence. A boss fixes blame, a leader corrects mistakes. A boss knows all, a leader asks questions. A boss makes work drudgery, a leader makes it interesting. A boss is interested in himself or herself, a leader is interested in the group.”
